TO ALL OUR MEMBERS,
after our 1st grand reunion in april 1 of 2023, where 88members attended
1) we had 2 successful outreach, done in presentacion, and naga city, with some 500 beneficiaries2) we assisted our classmates, Boyet S who was ill before, and Allen M3) delivered condolences/ flowers to bereaved classmates, some 20+ classmates4) held 3 consecutive year-end gatherings5) our Class, is SEC registered now6) conceptualize (with now masterplan) our future project, including the nursing home, envisioned to be built in 5years7) we are raising fund of p1m (reqd by SEC) to create our vehicle, a foundation, so that we could do more😎 our fund today is only about p290k.
😎 THAT IS WHY WE NEED EACH OTHER’S SUPPORT NOW May 24 2026 BoD Meeting at Chicagos Best, Magsaysay Ave
Since there is a quorum (Cha as 8th BoD present), and even if there is no quorum as we agreed before since we are all busy
The ff discussed items shall apply
1) with you as cluster heads, to distribute 12stubs per member, and 25stubs per cluster head or BoD, with Zen/Nedia as the frontliner, they will be added to every cluster GCOur intention in creating clusters is to reach our classmates who are non-chalant, and to know and interact with them more personally and as a group to entice them to participate in every ICON related activitiesAlso, our fundraising will culminate this december, NCPC/PPC has minimal output, i wrote solicitations to all LGUs of 4 provinces, these are all for follow-up, started last friday where Pili mayor gave p20kOur funds after the 2 mini raffles is only about p290k (other expenses for deduction pa), we still need to work more mga padi/madi, pls help
2) Continue our BoD -individually-chosen-topic for presentation every BoD meeting, Pastor Emman started this as our 1st resource speaker (FAITH AND RELIGION his topic) but pls repeat padi your presentation next time after mini raffle this june 27
3) continuation of coffee table book, c/o Ting, pls help just to get members info/pictureswe need these so that our sponsors could see their names and believe us that we are serious in our objective in contemplating to build a nursing home
4) cluster heads, we need to orient/inform every member of our objectives, that we are here not only for reunions but also for our future projects/activities

We are on our 4th year since our 1st grand reunion in 2023

But for the new set of board members, p5000 per year
We need to collect this fee until june this year
2) for this fundraising, i propose that we shall impose a 25stub raffle ticket for board member (some already received their 25stubs)
Then 12 stub tickets per regular member, for distribution to friends and relatives (this is not a contribution for member, abono for tickets by member is discouraged)
Deadline is june 10 for the june 27 mini raffle draw

(Mana Ting/Zeny will prepare SEC reqd financial report, the balance for now is p255,000.00 at Producers Bank)
